Zero Balancing (ZB) is a unique form of manual therapy developed by Fritz Smith, MD, based on Western anatomy and Eastern energetics. ZB focuses on the relationship between energy and structure and has the capacity to gently, and deeply, release engrained patterns that obstruct optimal wellness and enjoyment of life.
In a session, you lie on your back, fully clothed, while the practitioner applies gentle pressure to different areas of the body. Touch is gentle, but firm, and focused primarily on bone and joints.
Sessions are one hour with time on the table about 30-40 minutes.
Fee: $95 ($75 w/ three or more purchased in advance.)
